PRIVATE COMPANION DOG TRAINING
Do you need help potty training your new puppy? Are you looking to teach your four-legged family member to walk nicely on a leash? Does your dog love to counter-surf?! Well we've got some great news for you!
We're happy to announce that we're expanding our services to include training for companion dogs (non-service dogs) ! While we specialize in assisting disabled persons owner-train their own psychiatric service dogs, we can also help anyone to train your non-service dog companions! This allows for one-on-one attention, direct coaching, and never having to worry about asking too many questions in group classes elsewhere!

All Private Training classes are one-on-one sessions with Mission Empawthy trainers for you and your canine to allow for personalized attention.

We welcome puppies 10 weeks old and up

All puppies and dogs must have proof of age-appropriate vaccinations (parvovirus, adenovirus, distemper, parainfluenza, AND Bordetella), have proof of being de-wormed, and must show proof of a current fecal exam for intestinal parasites prior ANY training to ensure safe and healthy operations of our animals and staff. Rabies vaccines are also mandatory for all dogs over six months and handlers must show proof of vaccination as well. All medical documentation must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of the first intended training session.

All puppies and dogs must be free from disease and must also appear healthy. Any canines showing symptoms of disease are not permitted to attend private training.

All canines must wear non-aversive training equipment (no pinch collars, shock collars, choke collars, or prong collars)
